What are Members and Crews?
Members are the individual people on your team.
Crews are named groups of members, along with the equipment assigned to that crew.
A member can belong to multiple crews, and a crew can include multiple members.
Where do I find Members and Crews?
On the web:
Select Favorites in the left sidebar.
Open Members or Crews.
Why don't I see Members or Crews in Favorites?
Members, Crews, and Equipment are part of Duranta Scheduling.
If you see Installs, Services, Materials, Charges, and Proposals, but do not see Members, Crews, or Equipment, Scheduling is not enabled for your account.
Can I manage Members and Crews on mobile?
No.
Members and Crews are currently managed in the Duranta web app.
How do I add a Member?
Open Favorites → Members.
Select the create button.
Enter the member details.

Turn on Team lead to identify a member as a crew leader.
Team leads are shown in the Lead column in the Members list and are also identified inside their crews.
Can I add a Member to a Crew from the Member page?
No.
The Crews section on a Member shows which crews that person already belongs to, but it is read-only.
To assign the Member to a Crew:
Open Favorites → Crews.
Open the Crew.
Add the Member there.
If a Member has not been assigned to a Crew, Duranta shows:
This member has not been assigned to a crew. Select a crew in the Crews tab, and add the member to a crew there.
How do I add a photo to a Member?
Upload an image as the Member's Avatar.
The avatar appears next to the Member's name when selecting people for a Crew.
What information appears in the Members list?
The Members list can show:
Star
Member name
Description

Assigned Crews
If a Member is not assigned to any Crew, Duranta shows No crews assigned.
Search matches both the Member name and description.
How do I remove a Member?
Members are deleted rather than archived.
Open the ⋯ menu and select Delete.
Deleting a Member cannot be undone.
If the Member belongs to one or more Crews, Duranta tells you how many Crews they will be removed from before you confirm.
The Crews themselves are not deleted.
How do I create a Crew?
Open Favorites → Crews.
Select the create button.
Enter the Crew name.
Add Members and Equipment.
Select Save.
Only the Crew name is required.

All
If nothing matches the selected filter, Duranta shows:
No crews match the current status filter.
Can I share a filtered Crews view?
Yes.
Your Crew search, filter, and sort settings are included in the page URL.
You can bookmark or share the URL and reopen the same filtered view later.
Why can I star a Member but not a Crew?
Members can be starred like other Favorites.
Crews do not have a starred state.
What does turning off Active do?
Turning off Active lets you keep a Member or Crew without treating it as currently available.
This can be useful for:
Seasonal workers
Temporarily inactive team members
Crews that are not currently being deployed
An inactive Crew cannot be assigned to a route until it is activated again.
How do I remove a Crew?
Crews are archived rather than deleted.
This keeps historical routes and work orders connected to the Crew.
What happens when I archive a Crew?
Before you confirm, Duranta shows how archiving will affect upcoming work.
It can include:
Upcoming routes will be deleted
Blocked times on those routes will be removed
Scheduled jobs will move to Unassigned
Recurring work orders will no longer use this Crew
Review the counts carefully before confirming.
Scheduled jobs are not deleted, but they must be assigned to another Crew.
What happens to past work when I archive a Crew?
Past work orders and routes are not changed.
They remain in Scheduling and show the Crew as Archived.
The archived Crew also remains available under the Archived filter.
Duranta shows when the Crew was archived and keeps the record for historical reference.
Does archiving a Crew delete its Members?
No.
Members are separate records.
They remain in Members and stay assigned to any other Crews they belong to.
Can I edit an archived Crew?
No.
Archived Crews are kept for history and cannot be edited.
Can I unarchive a Crew?
No.
Archiving a Crew cannot currently be undone.
Can I duplicate a Member or Crew?
Yes.
Open the ⋯ menu and choose Duplicate.
This is useful when creating a new Member or Crew that is similar to an existing one.
How are Members and Crews ordered?
Starred items appear first where starring is supported, followed by the most recently updated items.
Does Duranta remember my Favorites view?
Yes.
Duranta remembers your most recently used Favorites tab.
Search can also carry across Favorites tabs.
Crews are available in global search as well.

After signing up, you can also schedule a demo call.
